Fully renovated 25m² studio located on the 2nd floor with lift access in Résidence Val Renand, 850 metres from the ski slopes and 200 metres from the shops. The property features a south-facing balcony.
The living room includes a sofa bed for two people. An open mountain alcove in the entrance area offers two bunk beds (the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6).
The bathroom is separate from the toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, two electric hobs, and a fridge.
Additional features include a flat-screen TV, a garage, a ski locker, and individual electric heating and hot water. This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.
Additional services are available to book, including end-of-stay cleaning, linen hire, and baby equipment. During the winter season, enjoy discounts of up to 35% on ski passes and equipment hire. Bed linen is included for all bookings from December to April (excluding short stays).
