Cancellation/snow insurance

Peace of mind and savings with PM Conseil insurance, designed to cover you BEFORE you leave (medical, administrative, holiday, etc.) and DURING your stay (lack of snow*, etc.) and to cover you as a skier (search and rescue costs). See details of conditions from our teams.

Serenity cancellation & snow insurance

Because holidays should mean peace of mind, we offer you optional insurance (price on request) per week of booking, covering all the tenants mentioned. Broadly speaking, this insurance covers :

Cancellation due to illness, serious injury, material damage to your home, change of holiday dates by your employer, administrative summons, death, redundancy*...

Cancellation due to lack or excess of snow: according to the bulletin published by the resort within 48 hours before or after the date of arrival (more than 2/3 of pistes and lifts are closed).

Baby equipment

You're preparing your family holiday. We can provide you with childcare equipment on site: cots and booster seats are available on reservation in limited quantities (prices on request).

Home kit

When you arrive, you will be given a welcome pack containing samples of essential cleaning products.

Holiday vouchers

We offer a wide range of payment methods (bank card, bank transfer, cheque, holiday vouchers).

Ski passes: Take advantage of preferential rates

Aware of the difficulty of your journey on winter Saturdays, our teams have organised the following for your convenience: Pick-up of your ski passes at the agency at preferential rates* (for all bookings made at least 5 days before your arrival). The discounts (up to 20%) offered with your accommodation will not be available at the cash desk.

Our teams have selected the best partners in the resort, who will be delighted to share their passion for skiing and snowboarding with you at the best rates. (Up to 30% discount).

Our teams have negotiated the best conditions for you with the ski schools, who will be delighted to share their passion for skiing and snowboarding with you.

Pre-booking

You can pre-book a property from one winter/summer to the next without paying a deposit until we confirm availability for the period you are interested in. In this way, you become the first customer contacted if a property becomes available.
