Secure payment by instalments
Your transactions are carried out via secure servers, with no access to your bank details. We ask you to pay 25% of your stay to confirm your booking (for all bookings made at least 1 month before your arrival date).
On request, you can spread out the payment of your stay and use different means of payment (credit card, bank transfer, cheque, holiday cheque, cash) at your convenience.
Serenity cancellation & snow insurance
Because holidays should mean peace of mind, we offer you optional insurance (price on request) per week of booking, covering all the tenants mentioned. Broadly speaking, this insurance covers :
Cancellation due to illness, serious injury, material damage to your home, change of holiday dates by your employer, administrative summons, death, redundancy*...
Cancellation due to lack or excess of snow: according to the bulletin published by the resort within 48 hours before or after the date of arrival (more than 2/3 of pistes and lifts are closed).
Best rate guaranteed
Our prices are guaranteed to be the fairest, because when you book directly on this site, you won't have any intermediaries adding their commission! And you'll benefit from all our additional services.
Beware: a tempting offer with a high discount rate is not the best if the starting price is high! Compare the final price, not the percentage discount!
Take an option, pay later
You can block a rental free of charge for a period of 8 days; take the time to validate it with your family and friends and confirm it by paying a deposit of 25% and signing your rental contract.
The balance of your accommodation can be paid in instalments at your request.
Single homes
Each of the accommodations we market belongs to private owners, which makes them unique and non-standardised. This diversity means that we can offer you the property that meets your expectations. The photos of each of our properties are both original and realistic, and will give you a clear idea of what you are looking for. Take the time to view them before making your choice, and avoid any surprises on the day of arrival.
Our agency is the intermediary in charge of collecting your feedback to make the owners aware of your expectations and improve the accommodation.
Real-time availability
No double booking is possible, as our site is in real time: all the properties shown on this site are available. If you place an option on one of these accommodations, you will then receive a rental contract to be signed and returned to us to confirm your choice.
