The apartment is on the 3rd floor of Building A (with elevator access), just 750 meters from the ski slopes and 140 meters from the nearest shops. The south-facing balcony offers an open view of the surrounding mountains.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, two vitroceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower, and the toilet is separate. Multimedia amenities include a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and WIFI-TV access.
Additional conveniences include a ski locker and private garage (no. 31). The property is non-smoking. Heating and hot water are individually controlled and electric.
