Beautifully renovated apartment ideally located at the foot of the main gondola and only 550 metres from the village centre, with ski school meeting points just a short walk away. The apartment is situated on the third floor of a residence without a lift, offering a total surface area of 65 m², including 33 m² with a ceiling height below 1.80 m, and features a south-facing balcony.
The sleeping arrangements include a first bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, a second bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, and a mezzanine with two single beds that can be joined to form a double. Access to the mezzanine is via a steep staircase, not recommended for children under six. A travel cot is also available.
The bathroom includes a shower and the toilet is separate. The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, induction hobs, a combined microwave and oven, and a TASSIMO coffee machine.
The apartment offers two flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, a HiFi system, a Bluetooth smart speaker, a washing machine, WiFi access and a storage cellar. Heating is collective and hot water is provided by an individual electric system.
Additional services are available, including end-of-stay cleaning (from €70 to €273), towel kits, bed linen hire (included from December to April except for short stays) and baby equipment . Guests can also benefit from discounts of up to 35% on ski passes (depending on booking period) and equipment hire.
