Located just 300 meters from the ski slopes and 50 meters from shops, this duplex apartment offers a total surface area of 46 m² (33 m² + 13 m² mezzanine 1.80 m ceiling height). It is on the 2nd floor of a residence without a lift and features a south-facing balcony with lovely open mountain views.
The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and includes a living room with a double sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and toilet. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and four gas burners. Additional amenities include a flat-screen TV, ski locker (cave n°12), and collective heating and hot water. Non-smoking accommodation.
Additional services can be booked separately: end-of-stay cleaning, linen rental, and baby equipment. For winter holidays, enjoy discounts of up to 35% on ski passes and equipment rental. Bed linen is included for all bookings from December to April (excluding short stays). Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
