Two-room apartment with enclosed mountain alcove, located in the Les Lothiers residence, 300 metres from the ski slopes and right next to the shops. With a surface area of 36 m², it is situated on the second floor (no lift) and features a south-east-facing balcony with views over the village.
The property accommodates up to 5 guests. It includes a living room with a double sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed, and an enclosed mountain alcove with a bunk bed (the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old). The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and there is a separate WC.
The kitchen is equipped with a combined microwave oven, dishwasher, three induction hobs, and a refrigerator. Additional amenities include a television, washing machine, and a cellar. Heating and hot water are provided by a communal system.
Optional services available to book include end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towel hire, and baby equipment. Bed linen is included for all bookings from December to April, except short stays. Discounts of up to 35% are offered on ski passes and equipment hire (depending on booking period).
