This magnificent and spacious 122 m² loft (including 90 m² of official Carrez living space) is located on the second and top floor of a small residence in the peaceful hamlet of Les Nants. Just a 3-minute drive from the centre of Les Carroz (1.8 km), it enjoys an ideal location, offering a peaceful setting while remaining close to the resort’s amenities and activities. A ski bus stop is just 100 metres from the property, making it easy to reach the slopes.
With its generous living spaces and abundant natural light, the apartment is ideal for families. It features an entrance hall with large built-in wardrobes, leading to a spacious 45 m² open-plan living area combining the lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. This welcoming space opens onto a terrace with lovely views of the Aravis and Môle mountain ranges, perfect for enjoying the surrounding alpine scenery.
The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms, each measuring over 9 m². One bedroom has a double bed, while the other two are furnished with single beds, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The apartment also features a shower room, a bathroom with a toilet, and a separate toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals and enjoy quality time with family and friends after a day in the mountains.
For added convenience, the property also includes a private lock-up garage (No. 5), a cellar, and four ski lockers located just outside the apartment door, providing practical storage space for your equipment.
The accommodation is strictly non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
A range of optional services is available to enhance your stay, including bed linen hire (included for all one-week bookings between December and April), towel hire, and baby equipment rental. You can also benefit from discounts of up to 35% on ski passes (depending on the period) and ski equipment rental. These discounts must be arranged in advance of your stay through the agency.
