This two-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of a chalet is ideal for a mountain stay with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and offers a quiet environment and pleasant setting.
The property is located approximately 1,000 metres from the ski slopes and local shops. It benefits from a south-facing exposure, a beautiful 180° panoramic view, and access to a 1,000 m² plot of land.
The apartment features two bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with one double bed and one single bunk bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed. The living room includes a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space.
The kitchen, which is open to the living area, is fully equipped with gas hobs, a combination microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. The living space is enhanced by a wood-burning stove, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere.
The property includes a shower room as well as a separate toilet.
A washer-dryer is also available for your use. Guests will benefit from a ski storage room and two parking spaces located in front of the chalet.
The apartment does not have a television, but a screen with a DVD player is provided.
This is a non-smoking property. It is also possible to rent the upper part of the chalet, allowing accommodation for up to 12 guests in total.
Optional services are available, including end-of-stay cleaning, rental of towels and bed linen, and baby equipment. Guests can also benefit from discounts on ski passes and equipment rental.
