Approx. 40 m² 2-bedroom apartment located on the garden level (level -1, no elevator), with a west-facing terrace. The residence is 150 meters from the ski slopes (access via outdoor stairs) and 1000 meters from the resort center.
The accommodation includes two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 cm) and one with bunk beds (top bunk not suitable for children under 6). The living room features a sofa bed for two. One bathroom and a separate toilet are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric cooktop, and dishwasher. A flat-screen TV is available. Additional amenities include a ski locker, storage cellar, and a reserved covered parking space (No. 1). Heating and hot water are individual and electric. Non-smoking property.
Additional services are available for booking: end-of-stay cleaning, linen rental, and baby equipment. For winter holidays, take advantage of discounts of up to 35% on ski passes and equipment rental. Bed linen is included for all bookings from December to April (excluding short stays). Pets are welcome with an additional charge per pet, per week.
